Keith works with owners of small and medium sized businesses on a wide range of issues including business formation, corporate matters, buy-sell agreements, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession planning. Keith also regularly assists clients with residential and commercial real estate acquisition and development, and planning for long-term ownership of family cottages, family farms, and other recreational properties. Keith has assisted many families with the preparation of customized estate planning, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney that are specifically tailored to accomplish their personal goals.

Keith is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and the University of Marquette Law School. Being from Central Wisconsin, he is actively involved in the community. He resides in Stevens Point with his wife Kristi and their three children.

Katherine A. Young

Attorney Young was born and raised in Antigo and graduated with highest honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010. She is a 2013 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison and received the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award upon graduation. Her areas of practice are estate planning, wills, trusts, elder law, and probate.

While attending law school, Katherine was actively involved in the Elder Law & Estate Planning Society and served as president of the student organization. She also worked for the Elder Law Center where she extensively researched issues concerning guardianships, advance directives and benefits. Katherine also did volunteer work with Wisconsin Judicare, a non-profit law firm serving low-income Wisconsin residents. She gained experience in client counseling and representation through her work with the Family Law Clinic where she worked with practicing attorneys to solve client problems.
