Our firm represents a large number of municipalities including towns, villages and cities. We also represent individuals who have issues which they wish to bring before a municipality for resolution. We are prepared to attend corporate meetings and to assist a municipality in conducting its meetings and handling the legal issues which may come forward as a result.

Our lawyers are prepared to provide advice and draft documents necessary for such matters as the exercise of eminent domain (condemnation) and the enactment and collection of special assessments. We have also been involved in representing municipalities with regard to the assessments which are appealed to the Board of Review.

We also represent various entities with regard to employer-employee relationships including negotiation of contracts with employees or unions.
