As an attorney and Certified Public Accountant, he understands the complexities and the tax ramifications of business transactions. His business law services include general business law, taxation, and mergers and acquisitions.
“I enjoy working with clients to develop practical and effective solutions to address their business and estate planning needs. I believe it is important for an attorney to explain how the law applies to a client’s facts and what options and alternatives are available, so he or she may make an informed decision.”
Ronald is one of only four attorneys in Wisconsin who have achieved the Estate Planning Law Specialist designation. Ron is the only attorney in Wisconsin who simultaneously holds designations/certifications as an (1) Attorney, (2) Certified Public Accountant, (3) Accredited Estate Planner, (4) Certified Financial Planner and (5) Estate Planning Law Specialist. Ron was also selected for inclusion on the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Wisconsin Super Lawyers list.
Ron provides a full range of estate planning services (including sophisticated tax strategies) for large and medium-sized estates.
