Amy J. Eddy

Amy graduated with honors from UW-Stevens Point in 1992, and after eight years of professional experience in social work and family counseling, she earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin. Amy is a Certified Elder Law Attorney and received her certification from the National Elder Law Foundation, which is the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer a certification in the elder law area. Becoming certified in elder law validates a lawyer’s specialty to handle issues that affect senior citizens. Her areas of practice include estate settlements, estate planning, special needs trusts, Medicaid planning and elder law. Special needs planning for disabled and elderly individuals has been a focus of her practice for the past several years.
