David M. James
David M. James, a partner at Anderson O’Brien, focuses primarily on Estate Planning and Business Law. When working with clients on their estate planning needs, he works to protect the client’s assets with careful tax planning, while helping to ensure that their wishes are carried out. Business clients can count on Attorney James at all stages of their business ventures from formation, through operations, to sale or family succession.
Service to the community is an important part of the culture at Anderson, O’Brien, Bertz, Skrenes & Golla, LLP. Most recently David has worked with Justiceworks, Ltd., a non-profit organization dedicated to restorative justice in Portage County. He is also a veteran and served in Iraq during 2009 as a member of Wisconsin’s 32nd Brigade Combat Team.
David enjoys the challenges that a law practice brings and, in particular, he likes being able to help his clients work through the legal obstacles that life can present. Whether it is forming an LLC for an entrepreneur, or helping to preserve a grandparent’s legacy, David works with his clients to secure their future and peace of mind.
