5K Walk
Mental health issues affect our entire community. Along with the stigma, there is a shortage of resources for mental health services and support which prevents many individuals from seeking help. As members of this community, we want to help, and we want to encourage others to join us. This year marks the 18th anniversary for the Walk for Hope in our community. Now, more than ever, we need to support our community to reduce the stigma. Join your friends and neighbors by walking to provide hope towards preventing suicide and creating awareness surrounding mental health. Walkers can choose to participate in person or virtually.
