Brian Formella has a strong legal background in employment, labor and municipal law. He works with employers to establish sound employment practices. He has also aggressively defended employers against discrimination accusations.
Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from Marquette University, where he majored in English and Economics. He continued his education at Marquette and received his law degree, graduating with honors. While attending Marquette, he wrote articles for the Marquette Law Review.
Before joining the firm, Brian gained legal experience as a law clerk for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He also served as assistant district attorney and corporation counsel for Portage County, Wisconsin, from 1992-1998.
Brian’s goal for his clients is to find practical legal solutions that make sense and are cost effective.
