Attorney Brad Yanke presented to the Winnebago County Bar Association on the “Intersection of Personal Injury Settlements and Other Areas of Law – A Primer and Pitfalls to Avoid.” The Winnebago County Bar Association has been in existence for over 100 years and meets monthly from September through May. This presentation was for continuing education for attorneys. Each attorney must complete 15 hours of continuing education each year. Attorney Yanke has been practicing law for more than 10 years.
